    Hi all
Can anyone advise - does an arrest for drink driving which didn't lead to conviction have to be put on a Garda vetting form?
    Thanks

Even if it went to court and was subsequently struck out is there no chance of it being put on the form?

Hi, I made a really stupid mistake 20 years ago and got done for driving under the influence and got 12 months off the road. I am now applying to help as a mentor in a non-profit youth org as my son go's there.

Obviously I will need to be Garda vetted but going by this http://www.citizensinformation.ie/en/justice/criminal_law/spent_convictions.html it doesnt seem I need to declare the conviction. I am reading this correctly?

    Thanks for any advice.
