I was doing a CPL course in 2013, got hired thanks to the work experience in 2014 with minimum 30 hours, as there my boss got paid under the JobsPlus scheme for hiring me for a 2 years because before that I was on long term unemployment. Now I was on full time for 3 years, but somehow my boss says that there is no contract that states that I am on full time job and he cut my hours to part time without any notice after 3 years of full time. The contract he gave me at the start doesn't state the hours, but I was wondering, as he took me in under the JobsPlus scheme and he got paid from government, he had to sign some sort of papers that he hired me for full time job? Or what can I do from now on?
