grant forms from year 5 on....?

The initial five year management of my plantation is up and i got out forms for future grants but i'm not too sure of what is normally done now... I was always of the belief that after year 5 that the forest should be capable od self management until first thinning but this form is talking about further management....…

Probably mean maintaining firelines. fences and drains and if broadleaf plantation shaping the trees.
