Question about landlords property insurance

    I've been told by a broker that there is only one insurance company that will insure your buildings if a landlord is not Irish resident, and they are based in Northern Ireland. (I forget the name) Is this true?

    Not true at all. Aviva insure my property and I'm non-resident.
