Anyone have any advice on the best way of getting a 457 sponsored job? Am I better to use a recruitment agency or migration agent? My skills would be human resource area.

Firstly your occupation has to be on the Consolidated Skilled Occupation List, you can use a recruitment agent but these usually work for the employer but do no harm to register your details for their database just in case they might have something.

    I would have a look at http://m.seek.com.au/

To be honest if you were on a WHV where you could work 6 months trial it would probably be an advantage, other than that it's pot luck.
