    Whats a reasonable price for conveyance. Could anyone pass on a recommendation for such through PM please.
    Just went sale agreed on a property in Dublin.

    I've pm'd you there with a Solicitor I used last year on the Southside. Good value price wise

    Don't go for the cheapest. Cheapest = either a) rubbish or more likely b) very busy and not able to deal with you properly which is essentially as bad as a) in a lot of cases. Even coming up a couple of hundred euro is enough to get someone who's busy but no inundated.
