I ordered some customized coasters from www.sammydress.com and they shipped before Christmas 2016 but I never received them.

I have a tracking number and when entered on the tracking site at http://www.sky56.cn/english/track/index it shows...

What do I do in this case? Is it possible customs are holding my order? Do I need to contact them with my tracking number?

Any advice much appreciated thanks :D

I'd contact the mail order co. first and ask them to decipher that tracking data, its unlikely that Irish customs are holding on to something as harmless as coasters.

Revenue want to know what you paid so they can charge you VAT as these were bought from outside the EU.

This looks more like a bad translation to me than sent to customs. Normally they'll use the verb held if it actually is.

I'm still waiting on stuff from 20th November so its probably just lost in a backlog.
