Trek, Giant & Specialized hybrid frame sizes

Hi. Could you tell me, what size corresponds in Giant and Spec, if in Trek FX hybrid the frame size is 22.5 in / 57 cm? Giant and Specialized have S, M, ML (giant), L, XL.

I find if you put in the name of the model and keyword geometry you'll generally see it in "images.

Eg "Giant defy 1 Geometry"

Or else go to the Giant store and click on the model and it will have a link to geometry. The number you want is generally what might be termed the "virtual top tube" measurement. So what you would traditionally call a 56 would have a VTT of 56 or close to it.
