VM VPN

I have been an EIR fibre customer for last 18 months, contract running out in April

Was experiencing regular disconnections so had VM 360 MB installed yesterday and have the two routers Eir/VM up and running

Need to use Cisco Anyconnect VPN for work and it is unusable using VM
I can connect but it is like being on a dial up modem, connecting to Eir and it works fine but there is a risk of a disconnect of some point in the day, normally during a work call

I am asking here because I am still within cooling off period of Virgin and need to walk away as I work from home a lot
I have done some searches and looks like I am on IPV4 only

You sure about being on IPV4 only? All new customers are on DS-lite now by default.

HI there results of test from Virgin Media

No IPv6 address detected [more info]

Good news! Your current configuration will continue to work as web sites enable IPv6.

You appear to be able to browse the IPv4 Internet only. You will not be able to reach IPv6-only sites.

Your DNS server (possibly run by your ISP) appears to have no access to the IPv6 Internet, or is not configured to use it. This may in the future restrict your ability to reach IPv6-only sites. [more info]

Log into the modem to confirm this. I remember my girlfriend's IPv6 connectivity was broken even though she was on DS-Lite, a reboot of the modem restored it.
