Hi All I am considering leaving the firm I'm training at. There may be something else I will need to do. The problem is I do not know what would be involved. Would I have to pay back Blackhall fees/wages drawn? Would I be, in a way, blacklisted were I to make a return to the legal profession in years to come? This decision…

Hi All

I am considering leaving the firm I'm training at. There may be something else I will need to do.

The problem is I do not know what would be involved. Would I have to pay back Blackhall fees/wages drawn? Would I be, in a way, blacklisted were I to make a return to the legal profession in years to come?

This decision will not come easy, but it may have to be taken in the near future.

Any experiences/stories would be much appreciated.

If genuine, discuss with people you can trust.

Not that many "half way thru contracts with Big Five". May be easy to identify you.
