Hi, the other day the shower head dropped and shortly after I noticed there was a leak coming from the bottom. I initially thought it was the PRD and replaced it but then while running I saw water was coming from above it and running down the PRD. I tried tightening the screws in the thermostat above it but didn't help. I took it out to inspect it and o-ring gave off black dust but showed no sign of damage. It is now leaking worse. Is there anywhere to get a replacement o-ring to try? I looked online and the part is discontinued but then I found this. It is nearly half the price of replacement system.

That's a lot of money to spend on an obsolete shower. 10 years is the average life span. If it were me I'd replace the shower if I got one at a good price

Just found out it was installed in 2003 so think we got our moneys worth out of it. Ordered a new one as even if I fix this, something else is due to go. Wouldn't mind fixing this in the mean time while I wait on delivery.
