whats the story with working while on disabillity I know there is information online but to be honest it confuses me

you can earn 120 euro a week while on DA and keep it I understand that bit but then it says you can earn up to 350 euro with the first 120 exempt

so for example if i was to earn 350 a week and the first 120 is exempt do I keep the 120 and DA of 188 but pay tax on the remainder of 220.

    Thanks for your help :)

If you earn €350 per week then your Disability Allowance would be €73 per week

Your "means" from your wages are estimated as follows:
    €350-
    €120=
    €230/2=
    €115
    So €115 is the means
Then deduct the means from the payment
    €188-€115=
    €73
Your payment will not be adjusted every week
Send a sample of payslips, a letter from your GP stating that the work is rehabilitative for you and a letter from yourself stating where and from when you will work
