    Junior Officers doing that job, perish the thought !! That is what Pte's and Cpl's are for.

    God help anyone who puts out plain biscuits for the GOC's visit :eek::eek:

    Don't know why this is in the Walter section. I know the letter appears to be UK based, but anyone who has served here (PDF) knows just how seriously the right coffee and biscuits for Officers Coffee Time is taken. May God have mercy on the soul of anyone who messes it up, 'cos the CS/RSM certainly won't !

    Only if it is officially a 'meeting with coffee', but you want to create the impression it is a 'meeting without coffee'.
