    Hey guy's
I'm looking for some advise, currently I'm employed as a level 1-2 helpdesk agent for an Irish Isp.

I've being that almost a year and am starting to look around for a more technical position.
I've done some of the more well known IT industry exams, for example Comptia A+, Server+. Mcsa 2008 and CCNA.

Just wondering if you guy's could offer any advice for some looking to move into a more technical role.
Ps Also thinking of going back to collage fulltime

    Regards

Full-time college isn't going to help realistically. Just apply for more technical roles - there is a huge shortage of available staff right now. You have sufficient certification to get passed most HR departments CV stack cutting.
