Hot Water Pressure has reduced

A few days ago I noticed the hot water pressure in our house has reduced a lot. I first noticed the downstairs hot tap lose some
pressure but I also noticed the shower (upstairs bathroom) was affected too. The hot water is pumped using a dedicated
pump located in the bottom of the hot press. This must use a flow switch because it only pumps when any hot tap or shower is turned on in the house.
I haven't noticed any out of the ordinary whirring from the pump. It's seems like it's running as normal.

The worst affected shower is an upstairs mix tap shower. It's a tap where cold water is at 4 o clock and hot water is at 8 o clock. Something like this one .
When the lever is on the cold water the pumped pressure is as normal (or as it has always been). But when the mixer handle is moved to hot, the pressure drops off a lot. Also I now need the mixer all the way over to hot (8 o clock) to get any hot water  at all out of it.
The pressure in the hot tap in the other bathroom isn't much better but upstairs is more affected than downstairs.

If anyone has any ideas of what might be wrong?
