Unlevelled joists - who to call to repair

    Morning all,

recently I have discovered that my house has all first floor with uneven joists. I would like to open the floor and fix them, and take advantage of it, and make some changes / renovations (remove water deposit, move some pipes, enlarge a room, install new floor).

I am quite lost here, who should I be contacting? Builder? Carpenter? Construction contractors?

    Thanks!

I have had a project manager organise this kind of work for me, and while he charged 10% of the value of the job (though he did not include some major pieces of equipment that were incidental to the job in that calculation) I reckon it was money well spent as he took over and managed every aspect including getting quotes, which saved me a good bit of money.

I am very lucky in having a reliable and honest person to do this work, the alternative is to get a builder to quote you for the entire job.

Would you mind to pm the details to contact the project manager? Seems exactly what I am looking for, I don't want the hassle of searching different people to do the job and check every aspect of it. I just want a person to tell what I want and review the whole process.
