heart problem with baby

    Hi,just wondering if anyone had a child diagnosed with wolf parkinson white before.it is an extra electrical pathway on the heart that can send the heart into a svt or fast heartbeat.my baby was.only ten days old on xmas day when we were up in crumlin and he was diagnosed with this.we were in hospital for 5 days and now he is home and on beta blockers 4 times daily.consultant said that its 50 50 that he will grow out of it after a year and if not he will will need op when he is 6 or 7 to remove extra.pathway.just hoping somebody get tell me their experiences and tanx in advance

    There's a few Facebook groups if you're on it and search for it and then select groups.

    Might get more advice there from people with experience.
