I've been in JSB for 9 months and in JSA for 12 months. I've spent all the time doing courses
through eCollege.I have problem to find job since i think i suffer of social anxiety due to the stress gained and poor life style(no social life because no money and pressure to finish studies/find job)...i technically spent all the benefits to pay the rent and i've run out of savings to pay food and bills....
I wasn't able to get Rent allowance and now we have to move out from the apartment.
Since is near to impossible find a place in Dublin i'm gonna move to my home country with my parents so at least i can finish my study plans.
I wonder if i have to sign out or can apply for two weeks holydays and come back in april.
I will still be in JSA even if i didn't get payment for 10 weeks?
    Thanks

You have to sign off if you are leaving the state for 3 months.

You can, but at the same time my experience is the new country can be right awkward about it.

My understanding is that only Job Seekers' Benefit is transferable, and for only 13 weeks and technically one must provide evidence of Job Seeking to the foreign authority. On that latter point, I think that's ignored as being not worth the effort, because the payment is being funded by the origin state.

I have been through this process (see other thread)

I registered on day one on arrival on the UK but some weeks later I have no payment because of the fact that the UK have not yet sent paperwork to Ireland to confirm my registration whilst at the same time are sending me on pointless courses and also making me provide proof I am spending 35 hours a week searching for a job!

I am now approx three weeks in arrears and face my claim being closed because the UK have not confirmed to the Irish Social Welfare service that I have complied with my obligations even though I have.

You can't transfer JSA (only JSB), and your claim would be closed if you were going for 3 months

In my case it is JSB and still there is a lot of hassle with getting the UK to complete necessary paperwork
