Moisture under vinyl/lino floor!

    Hi guys,

Ongoing problem I can't seem to solve. A year ago I installed vinyl flooring over existing tiled floor in my bathroom and ensuite (vinyl glued at the edge/perimeter). Bathroom vinyl is perfect, no issues. However recently I lifted the corner of the ensuite vinyl to discover moisture on the tile underneath. I peeled it right back, eventually removing it completeky to discover moisture droplets widespread on the tiles.

I dried out the vinyl for several days in both outside and in front of a radiator and reinstalled it with a sheet of plastic between it and the tiles. Several days later, upon inspection, the moisture was back, this time between the vinyl and the plastic sheet, but not on the tiles.

Anyone know what's going on please and why it's not an issue in the bathroom? The ensuite is very small and isn't used for showers since I discovered the issue, as I thought that might be contributing to the problem. It isn't apparently.

    Thanks
