    Anyone else experiencing this ?
Since the meters were put in in 2015 the mains pressure is way down on what it was.
Can't use my pressure washer anymore to clean yard etc.

Main stopcock outside is fully open.

Are you sure there is not a leak somewhere as this has happened to numerous people and you have to fix at your own expense.
    Hope this hepls

    No idea...don't think so anyway.
The pressure is good for the first 1 or 2 seconds the cold tap is on...then gets low and stays that way....obviously pressure built up initially.

Blockage in pipe then if you have good initial pressure. (Stone)
Pressure and flow rate are two separate issues.
Check the pressure, if it's good then there's a blockage or kink in the pipe.
You can get high pressure through the eye of a needle but if the gap is not big enough you get bad flow rate.
Normally stone gets stuck in internal house stopcock. Turn off at road and remove stopcock to clean.

    If not.
Meter has to be disconnected and mains flushed backwards.

I'm not tell you who to blame.

Seems all of our street is the same.
Spoke with a few neighbors and all have low mains pressure.

If your attic tank is still filling then you have sufficient pressure. You might need to replace the old power washer

It's the mains pressure that is low...attic tank is fine and hot taps have great pressure.
All my cold taps are mains fed.
