    Hi all,

    Quick query.

About to buy a used UK Leaf. How much do Nissan Ireland charge for a typical service? What is the recommended service interval?

    Many thanks.

Circa €100 for a service, pollen filter would be an extra charge.

Service interval is once a year or 30,000 km, whichever is sooner

To keep up the powertrain warranty (5 years / 100,000km on a 24kWh, 8 years / 160,000km on the 30kWh) it's just an annual / 30,000km inspection and tire rotation. Every 2nd inspection the cabin air filter is changed and brake fluid done. Only maintenance beyond that is the coolant system drained and refilled after 15 years / 200,000km (every 5 years / 120,000km after that).

If you are high mileage you may want to rotate the tires more frequently, due to the electric torque the disparity in wear on the drive tires may be more than the average vehicle.

    Thanks for the additional info!
