How can you not know where your money has gone?

I can log into to my online banking and can see the details of each DD how much, when it went and where.

On her statement it comes up as Sepa Direct Debit. She didn't know what it's for?

    And?

If something just shows as "SEPA DD" or similar, the details will usually be available a day later. Phone banking should have them already.
