Hi guys and girls.

Sure this was was probably done to death before, but can't find what I am looking for

I have a 5kW Dimplex stove, and the door won't open, after I lit it. It opens ajar, but no further

The screw was loose, I tightened it, and took it out, and put it back in. The screw looks worn, but I can put it in and out

All to no avail

Advice please if anyone can help.
