    Hi folks,

Have had a question in my head for a while now, hope someone can help.

How come we do not use bbs with a dimpled surface like golf balls?

Surely the gain in range would be a huge benefit to us, especially with the 1 joule limit we have here?

    Any comments?

Possibly due to size or ease of production and less chance of hop up rubber damage ,

There was going back to the very early airsoft guns bbs that were apparently bullet shaped
