Liberty Insurance - January Drive Safer Competition - T&C's

    [font=Verdana, sans-serif]1) The Promoter of this competition is Liberty Insurance Limited.[/font][font=Verdana, sans-serif]

    2) Any boards.ie member who provides a safe driving tip will be automatically entered into the prize draw which will take place on 1st February 2017. The draw will be subject to the following limitations:

    i) Where a boards member provides multiple tips only one entry will be eligible for the draw
    ii) The competition will be moderated and only legitimate safe driving tips will be accepted for entry, no inappropriate tips will be counted
    iii) The Customer must be resident in the Republic of Ireland
    iv) Customers must be at least 18 years old at the date of entry

    3) The promoter will select one winner at random who will win a Drive safer kit containing a warning triangle, torch, fire extinguisher, first aid kit and hi-vis vest.

    4) The prize is strictly non-transferable. There is no cash or other prize alternative.

    5) This competition is open between 6th January and 31st January 2017.

    6) The winners will be notified by a personal message on boards.ie on 1st February 2017. The winners will have up until 7 days after this date to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within this time it will be deemed forfeit. If the prize is not claimed within the 7days, a new winner will be selected from the valid entries.

    7) The name of the winners can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope, marked with the name of the competition to Marketing Department, Liberty Insurance, Liberty building, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, after the closing date.

    8) In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the results of a competition the decision of the promoter will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

    9) Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use the relevant winner's name, hometown and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion or publicity in any media without additional compensation and prize winners agree to take part in such related promotional activities as the promoter may require. Personal details will not be disclosed without prior consent of winner.

    10) The promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend a competition and/or vary competition rules at any time without prior notice.

    11) Participation in the competition denotes acceptance of these terms and conditions and any additional competition specific terms and conditions which may be advertised.

    12) The promoter does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem in any network, system, server, provider, or otherwise which may result in entries being lost or not properly registered or recorded and contestants hereby waive any claim whatsoever for any losses, costs, damages and expenses arising from any such problems.

    13) Entrant details will not be used for any other marketing purposes and will not be disclosed to any third parties.

    14) This promotion is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of any company associated with this promotion.

    15) If any of the above clauses are unenforceable the rest of the terms and conditions shall remain in force.[/font]
