Onda dual boot Windows fresh install

I recently got a dual boot tablet from my brother, I decided to do a fresh install of Windows 10 on it..everything was going well, it was up at 20% of the fresh install when I made a stupid stupid mistake..I noticed it had gone off so I switched it back on with the ON button...now I should have known that Windows turns itself on\off numerous times during a fresh install. Now I am greeted with a message stating something unexpected happened and press OK and restart the installation..however pressing OK just restarts the tablet only to display the same message again and again. An infinite loop if you like. Just wondering if there is any way to rectify this other than booting from a USB with a win 10 iso image. It would be great if I could sort it through the tablet itself..any advise greatly appreciated.
