    Hey guys

I am just wondering how strict are they really with the exam times on the test?
I'm working on my swimming at the moment and I'm doing both timed swims.

On the 20/20 meter in 65 seconds I'm averaging between 55 and 60 seconds
and on the 20/10 meter in 45 seconds I'm hitting 45 seconds.

I'm just concerned about not getting the 45 second one on the exam and its a lot of money to fail a course and I want to be prepared.

I'm planning on doing the course in Portmarnock, Dublin

    Regards

    Dave
