amazon order worry

    hey guys , i bought cod infinite warfare from amazon a few weeks back on the 15th of december and it was supposed to arrive on the 23rd but i havent recieved it yet and its nearly the 6th now..the carrier is asendia..i was wondering if i should be concerned? i know there was no post during xmas but i espected it at least this week..has anyone had any issues with them before?

    Get onto amazon customer care through chat. There excellent to deal with. Will probably offer you a refund and can tell if the parcel was delivered or not.

    Ascendia are a joke. Get onto Amazon and they'll re-issue it and ask you to refuse the first order if it ever turns up.

    Your patient , I'd have been onto em the minute the expected delivery date passed. They're great to deal with though if anything does go missing.

    Amazon customer care are brilliant. They just ask you to wait for two days after expected delivery, after that point, they'll either issue a replacement to refund you.

    I had one item go missing just before xmass,, it was asendia down as the carrier.

    This is not the first time I have had an asendia marked item go missing..

    I ordered COD for a Christmas present, due to be delivered on the 19th December. It still hadn't arrived on the 22nd so I contact customer service and they said the earliest they could get it out was 27nd December. The courier was also asendia. I cancelled the order no hassle and bought the game in Smyths for very little extra.

    i guess i'm not the only one that had issues with asendia then..i contacted amazon and their sending me a replacement..more waiting oh well:rolleyes:
