Looking for HDMI Splitter

I need a 3-way HDMI splitter for my TV (Virgin decoder box/DVD player/Chromecast). I bought one off e-bay and it worked fine for DVD and Chromecast, but I could only get video through decoder (no audio). Any ideas or recommendations for HDMI splitter with remote. T
