I am 29 and was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder Type 1 in July. I am getting lots of therapy and help and on long term medication.

I was hoping to meet up with other people that suffer with this illness. If anyone out there that has bipolar feels alone like me it would be nice to meet up and talk about it.

It's great having friends therapists and family to talk to but I feel that I'd like to talk to people that are going through the same thing as me. It can be a lonely world!
