Have you tried the breed society? There's a few people here who might be able to help- http://www.irishmoiledcattlesociety.com/eire.html
There's also a tab there with stock that's for sale so if you keep an eye n that you might find something. There's definitely one place (James Gannon) in Roscommon who use their milk to make a certain brand of cheese- Cloonconra Cheese (which is yum) but it might be worth your while seeing what they do with the calves off the cows they milk.
Their Facebook page is here- https://www.facebook.com/Cloonconra-Cheese-327422350650755/ and their phone number is on that- 087 6127855

I've 2 irish moiled cows, very light boned and seem to have ok milk both calved to a Piedmontese bull the last 2 years on their own.

As cows they are quiet enough but they won't breed prize winners and I won't keep any of their daughters as replacements as they don't have enough shape.

handy in size and I would say they'd be ideal in rough grazing or soft ground. I would doubt either cow is over 500kgs

Galloways eat rushes. They love them.

Irish Moiled cows and the 2 calves are theirs, as you can see they are handy.
I know they look thin but even when dry they didn't flesh up much
