Hi i am on Dissability Allowance ,my OH is on jobseekers allowance.If he applies for DA will he remain on his normal jobseekers full rate,while awaiting a decision or will he be added to my claim as a qualified adult , thanks in advance.

He should be on the same rate more likely transferred on to supplementary welfare allowance while he waits a decision if he meets the criteria ,
He wouldn't be transferred to a qualified adult unless you's make that decision it's not a department decision
