Cheapest place to buy vinyl floor

Can anyone recommend the cheapest place to by lino / vinyl flooring around Louth, Meath, Dublin. Looking for a tile or mosaic design. It can be the lowest quality, in fact lighter is better as it will never be walked on Cheers
