We received a letter as our car insurance is up for renewal.
We were paying 850 and now Liberty is asking for 1400.
    We had no claims whatsoever.
Can someone look into our policy and verify why is this?

You will get a generic response saying that because of the increase of fraudulant claims, market rates and so on thats the reason for increase.

Every insurance company gives this same line of bs, the real costs are the fact that insurance companies are settling without challenging most cases in court for extremely high costs.

You're forgetting the one where the car is 10 years old and is due to cause an accident!
