This might seem like a stupid question but anyway...

A couple of years ago when I was younger I got caught at a festival with a small amount of marijuana and I went to court, paid a donation to the court poor box and got it struck out.

At the time I was living at home and did not want the parents finding out so I gave my brothers address and he signed the summons for me.

From what I hear non convictions and the details of which still appear on your garda clearance when you get a garda vetting done.

On the form it states you must give all previous addresses, Should I include the address that the summons was sent to?

And just out of curiosity, would they still be able to see the details of my court appearance and non conviction if I didnt include this address?

Cheers for any and all replies
