RHINOPLASTY SURGEON BADLY NEED HELP !!!!

So I guess I don't really know where to start with this but I suppose it's best I give a bit of background . Basically I was born with a nose that completely does not fit my face in my opinion , it comes out to far , rounds downward and has a large bump on it aswell . Personally I feel that sometimes my nose is one of the worst I have ever seen and it completely dominates my face , my life and my confidence .
I began researching rhinoplasty surgeons this time last year thinking that I could easily find an experienced board certified surgeon with photos of her/his previous results to prove their experience and special technique in the rhinoplasty field . To my surprise I have only found conflicting reviews on different surgeons and just completely confusing posts aswell ! I have joined real self and many other forums in hope of finding some sort of answer to all of my questions and of course the perfect surgeon .
I have finally turned here for help and so even though I'm nervous about posting this I am still so desperate and determined to get answers . If you know of ANY DETAILS ( good or bad ) or any recommendations on rhinoplasty surgeons in Ireland / Northern Ireland or the UK please I am begging you to let me know !!

Sorry OP but we're not allowed to give medical advice or recommendations here. Have you spoken to your GP maybe he/she could recommend a good surgeon.

OP, as mentioned by the previous poster, we do not allow medical advice or recommendations here on Boards. Elective surgery is done for highly personal reasons, and what may have worked for one poster may not suit another. The best course of action is to get recommendations from your GP, and then meet several surgeons to identify the one you feel most comfortable with. Bear in mind there is no such thing as the "perfect" surgeon.
