Heating problem

    Evening all,

Trying to troubleshoot a heating problem that I'm having at present.

2 story house with 3 zones. Living bed and water.

Basically I switch on the heat to zone one and boiler starts up and stays on for about 30 minutes

Boiler doesn't cut out, stays on but rads are only luke warm after 30 mins and not warm at all after 1 hour.

Zone two and three ((bed and water) doesn't seem to have this problem.

Radiators have all been bled. Doesn't solve the problem at all.

Boiler is working fine. Rads in zone 2 are piping hot but can't get heat on downstairs

Poor balancing / circulation or an issue with the zone valve for that heating area.
Take off the actuator for the dodgy heating zone and check that the spindle on the valve is moving freely.
