Looking for recommendations for someone who specialises in back pain. Not sure if I need osteopath, physio or other. General symptoms are lower back and neck pain. I've put something out of place somehow. Appreciate any recommendations on good experiences anyone has had, thanks

If it's neck and/or back, you need to see a chiropractor, not someone who is only qualified to give you a soft tissue massage.

I'd also recommend Jill Dunlop at Waterford Chiropractic Clinic beside Sam McCauley's in Williamstown.

I'd recommend Nigel O'Connor in Tramore, he's very good with dealing with backpain www.nigeloconnor.com

I'd recommend myself. I have been doing Kung Fu for many years and can give straight, swift jabs to the back that soften it up

I had an awful experience with a Chiropractor in Williamstown on a neck and shoulder problem and the issue was eventually resolved via physio treatment in Dublin.

I think the Chiropractor in fairness resolved some structural issues with the back, but did a lot of damage to the muscles in my neck and shoulder in the process.

The physio did things on a slower, more progressive basis through massage, getting more flexibility into the area, improving posture and form.

i didnt have a great experience either with a different chiropractor myself, much preferred physio.

He is top class. Hard to get a appointment but he really know his stuff. Fixed me right up a few years ago when I had major issues after falling off a ladder.
