I had heifers cycling regularly when they were out and I cant get the fcukers on the slats, has anyone used any aids or stimulants previously

I am tempted to let the bull into them to hell at this stage

Did you ever try cycling on slats? It's not easy.

    Get a bit of estrumate

Just need to be 110% sure they're not somehow already in-calf. Tail painting might help, with or without the Estrumate.

What silage like? A kg or 2 of meal while breeding may help Early morning is when they seem to cycle most. I find you may have to watch for a half hour at a time to catch one. Have you a bullock or something you could throw in to help pick em up or if they are near outer part of shed perhaps allow access to yard morning and evening they may be more inclined to jump?
