back to wall/wall hung toilet - how do you access seat fittings?

    have a wall hung toilet and a back to wall toilet in house and both seats on them are little loose. is there a way to tighten them without removing toilet?? cant access the fitting like a normal toilet!

    There are caps on the top of the hinges that lift and move out of the way. (If its the correct seat).
    Underneath is the screw for tightening them up.
    Just make sure that the seat is correctly aligned with the pan before tightening.
