    Hi

Which method is best for deep bleaching? Is one more pain free than the other and would the results be the same?

From the Enlighten site it seems there only one dentist is Ireland but a few in the north.

Cant speak for Enlighten, but i had Kor and can thoroughly recommend it.

Fitzgeme uses Kor. Its supposed to be very good. Not sure about Enlighten.

I have used Enlighten regularly for my patients - in my experience the quality and fit of the tray (the rubber splint) that holds the whitening gel against the teeth is second to none and excellent, it is resilient and will last a long time if you look after it. The kit also comes with a desensitising pack in case of sensitivity during the whiting - a common occurrence. The odd occasion, I do not get the result that we are looking for after two weeks application, and usually after a further week or two's application of gel, the results are good.
I have no experience of Kor.

I use KoR its very good. The Enlighten system seems very similar except for a few minor technical points, mostly to do with the way the whitening gels are preserved. As above the fit of the trays is very important, if not the most important thing and thats within the dentists hands not the bleach manufactured (both companies offer a tray making service which makes great trays, or dentists make their own, or dentist get a 3rd part lab to make them). If the dentist and the patient are concentrating on the small detail you will get great results with either. If the either party is sloppy you will not. The bleach itself is only a tertiary concern.

Would either of these systems be effective on tetracycline staining ?
