ATM Cash transfer to another card

    Can anyone please tell me how to transfer money from a BOI card to a Swirl card using the BOI ATM,

    I dont want to do it online as I have not set up online banking,

    You can't. You need to do it online or pay the counter service fee and do it in branch.
