My 4 week old has a cold. She's s bit stuffed up and snotty but eating sleepy and generally acting well. However google suggests that the usual advice is any baby under 3 months should be brought to the doctor with a cold. Is this right?

It's probably because they can find it difficult to breathe. Do you have a nurse line you can call with your health insurance?
