Howye lads.looking for advice.have an appointment made with the bank manager.just wondering how much would I want to be borrowing.want to buy a hape of fancy new machines for going at silage.im mad into machines.would 2 million be enough to buy a yard full of fancy tractors and a self propelled harvester.
I'll also need to get my name, number and Twitter plastered all over the machines and I need to get jackets with logos done up for the goons I'll be hiring to drive me fancy new rigs.
Works not a problem.i have 2 sound neighbors and they have 11 acres between them that they promised me the cutting of.
I also have free data so shnap chats won't be an issue.
How much would I want to budget for twin flashers and CB radios for the boys.
I have 200 ewes and 300 cattle but they are all self lambing/calving so I'll have plenty of time for picking grass.i only look at me own shtock of a Saturday morning.
I think I'll be needing a hobby to bury all my profits in so thinking of taking up "the old rallying".
I'll be sound sure I have the oul benson and hedges for the shtress.
Do ye think should I tell the bank manager to throw on an extra 100 k for benson and red bull for the lads.might need a few tools aswell but I think aldi have a special offer coming up on a set of sockets.dont want to be greedy borrowing too much.what do ye think yereselves.and just to add I can undercut any lad on prices

I was hoping this would have been a useful thread. I think you need to act your age not your shoe size.

Sounds like a right plan , you should probably throw in 12 months free credit to your customers too . Seems to be a standard package to be offering and I wouldn't bother with too much insurance or anything , use ur ould lads diesel and make sure the driver goons are all young lads so u won't have to pay paye or prsi .
There won't be a bother on you then .. 🀓

    Hi casscass,
We're easygoing enough in here but there's a limit to our tolerance!
Please, for my sanity and your future here, refrain from generating bullsh1t threads. ( You might consider this your final warning!)
    Thanks.
