Have a Sterling balance on my Paypal account which I would like to withdraw in cash. Is there any way of getting this Sterling out in cash without having a Sterling bank account? I need the Sterling cash but don't want to convert into Euro as I'll get ripped off on the exchange rate by Paypal and then have to convert it…
