Home bond remedial work gone wrong - help

    I built a house in 2005 and had some remedial work carried out in 2013.

    AT that I had an independent engoineers report to support request/claim. Home bond sent a builder to complete remediation works.

    Unfortunately the remediation works were not successful and now I have a bigger problem .

    At the time of the work, home bond avoided answering my question about guarantee extension in writing.

    Does any one know what is the ruling about home bond extension after remediation works?
