I'm 14 , I play hurling Monday soccer tuesday GAA Wednesday nothing on Thursday handball on Friday gaa or hurling on Saturday and soccer on Sunday . I want to get physically stronger not necessarily ripped nowhere near it . Just stronger so that when I go in for a shoulder with a built player with Broan I don't have to worry that I'll go flying . I've searched and searched in the workout department but , I'm very weak . I can run for hours I can do numerous punishment push ups burpess and other exercises at training but when it comes doing basic workouts at home it's practically impossible any possible advice would be greatly appreciated
By the way I know nutrition is 70% of the process I already follow a healthy diet for my age .

You sound like a great sportsman. Be patient, enjoy every minute you can and the rest will happen over time. Remember, sport is supposed to be fun....never let it become otherwise. When you reach 16 years, then it might be time to talk with your PE teacher / physio and look for a bit of extra help in the strength/speed department.
For the moment forget about the strength deficiencies (they are probably not as bad as you think). The real test in contact sport is how you jump up after a knock, ie. your preparedness to take a hit and recover.
Keep up all of these sports and be open to the idea of finding other sports you might enjoy as you get older.
That you already follow a healthy diet is probably the most important part of your preparation.
As a games coach of over 30 years experience, i really enjoyed your post and wish every other youngster would have such a positive outlook and energy.
Would love to have somebody like you on my team!!

You're a little too young to hit the weights. You're only looking for injuries. If I were you investigate if there is a gymnastics group near you. It will help with fitness, flexibility and give you explosive power without packing on a load of muscle which costs energy to carry around. You'll end up meeting a load of women too which at your age is always nice ☺

Just enjoy playing and when you get to 17/18 you can worry about the other stuff

It's amazing how many people give up sport aged 17-19, often because it has got too serious

Just focus on core work like plank as well as sit ups, press ups. And if you put in the work there then you'll be fine
You're 14 so i wouldnt at all worry about this.
