Abandon drone

My cousin , was up the montians in Donegal was a week, and the found an abandon drone down a steep slope, he was able to pull some footage off the sd card and the time stamp was September. Think he it said the model was Phantom 2, 330 he'd like to try to see if flys, but doesn't have a battery charger or transmitter. Is…
