CAT - Life assurance

    Happy New Year to all;

    CAT question in respect of life assurance policies;

    Non married couple - 2 kids

    Both have life of another policies taken out on each other and main income earner has a policy on his own life also

    Are these fully taxable under the Group C thresholds?

    Would need Section 72 policy if no plans to marry?

    I apologise for saying this. You give excellent advice/commentary on here.
    Studying hard and a few aspects I am trying to get my head around - probably going outside the breath of the course but I am the type I need to follow everything through to a conclusion.
