Got the new hub two days ago. It worked fine for a day now it will only work wirelessly. Xbox nor computer will connect. Says stuff like dhcp error etc.

Rang virgin but they wanted to send an engineer out in Tuesday and kill the entire signal until then. Has anyone had this issue?

A friend of mine had a similar issue over the past couple of days, although not with the hub (it was the 3925). The wifi was no problem but his laptop would not connect via ethernet.

In that case it seemed to be a w10 update that had not completed was the issue - a restart of the laptop and completion of the update solved the problem.

Did you try disabling the the ethernet card on the pc and then reenabling it?

Or you could try flushing the dns

Or you could try google dns?
